It is a weighing system which shows the load amount passing over the conveyor belt system instantly. Weighing system is made ready by placing belt weigher platform and electronic device in the region where there is smooth material flow of the existing belt. Weighing tolerances may vary between 1-3% depending on the mechanical structure of the belt and material flow density.
Belt Weigher It is made according to the measurement information coming from the roll and two adjacent rolls on the weighing platform and according to the speed information coming from the pre-calculated speed or encoder.

Belt Weighing Platform
The weighing platform and adjacent rolls of the Belt Weigher are designed to be approximately two millimeters above the other rolls. Thus, from the moment the goods passing over the belt on the neighboring rolls, C3 load class 1/10000 precision 2 load cells enter the weighing area.
All steel materials to which Loadcell is connected are made of stainless steel. There is a mechanical device in order to prevent lateral loads on the weighing platform from affecting the weighing accuracy. The calculated flow rate can be displayed on the screen and also sent to the central automation system with the specified memory structure.
In addition, the total information of the materials passed over the scale is stored according to the selected unit and working hour periods (shift, daily, monthly) and this information is shared from both the screen and the central automation system.
Tare and calibrations are performed by PLC for accurate measurement of belt scales.

ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES
Panel
For each scale, a panel of insulation class higher than Tempa is used. The operator panel (TD 200) is located on the panel cover. In the other auxiliary equipment is available.Loadcell cable and communication with central automation profibus cable or cable weighing board comes up. Cable entries to the weighbridge panel are made under the panel with records.
PLC
Siemens S7 family is used as CPU. Loadcell reading is done with Siemens S7 Sivarex module. Weighing module developed by Siemens for very special applications and weighing by sampling over 64000 Countur values, Sivarex modules can be used for highly accurate weighing and EM 277 Profibus DP Slave Module can communicate with the central automation system (Siemens).
Encoder
500-250 pulse / turn encoder is used in Band Scale. In case of failure of the encoder, the previously calculated speed information from the program is used.
