APEKS GROUP has identified Crushing - Screening sector as one of its target sectors and gained experience in this sector. Our company undertakes the installation, modernization, integration and rehabilitation projects of new facilities in the Crushing and Screening sector.

The old layout in the crushing and screening plants has brought a very innovative perspective to the working system. Intelligent control algorithms brought by manual manual control, which eliminates the time losses caused by the failures to be noticed in time and the material losses caused by the jamming of the crushers, bring the automation cost back to the users in terms of time and money.

The APEKS Automation System continuously monitors the crusher currents and senses uncontrolled loading or material jams and lowers the feeder frequency controller to the required low speed. The moment the crushers begin to reduce the material in them, it gradually increases the feed rate by applying the opposite logic.
